At Jennifer Miller Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore, we offer returns on unworn, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original designer packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our studio, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
